Mix & Burn Taps Limelight Networks to Deliver Music-On-Demand for CD Burning

Limelight Networks Provides Content Delivery Infrastructure for Downloading Songs to Retail Kiosks Which Enable Consumers to Create Customized CDs

TEMPE – February 20, 2007 – Limelight Networks, a leading content delivery network for digital media, today announced that music-on- demand pioneer Mix & Burn has selected Limelight as the content delivery platform for its innovative Music Tablet(TM) kiosks which allow consumers in retail stores to download digital songs on demand and create customized audio CDs on the spot.

Limelight Networks provides the high-capacity infrastructure for delivering hundreds of millions of music selections every day to Music Tablet CD creation stations, enabling consumers to tap a virtually unlimited inventory of music to build their own “greatest hits” collections, themed music discs, or any other combination of songs they wish. To ensure the widest possible selection, Mix & Burn has contracted with all five major music industry labels — Universal, BMG, Warner, EMI and Sony — and is working with important indie labels to expand its digital catalog in the coming months.
