Jeffrey T. Fisher
former CFO of Charter Communications

Mr. Fisher served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Charter Communications from 2006-2008. Prior to joining Charter, Mr. Fisher he held a variety of senior management positions for Delta Air Lines, Inc. from 1997-2006. He served as head of Delta's Corporate Restructuring Group, and previously held the positions of president and general manager, and separately, chief financial officer, for Delta Connection, Inc., the world's largest group of regional airline companies. Mr. Fisher received a B.B.M. degree from Embry Riddle University, and an M.B.A. from the University of Texas in Arlington.
